Return & Exchange Policy

Connection Shop does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Where applicable, approved returns will be exchanged for another product or replaced.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and proof of the issue.

Refurbished products may have minor cosmetic marks or signs of previous use, which do not affect normal functionality.

All exchanges and replacements are subject to inspection and our warranty terms.

Where South African consumer law requires a refund or provides the customer with a choice of remedy, those statutory rights will apply.
