Connection Shop delivers orders throughout South Africa.

Processing: Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery is approximately 2–7 business days, depending on your location, product availability and courier service.

Shipping Fees: Delivery fees are calculated at checkout or communicated before your order is confirmed.

Tracking: Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Details: Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact information. Additional charges may apply if an order needs to be redelivered due to incorrect information or an unsuccessful delivery.

Damaged Parcels: If your order arrives damaged, please contact Connection Shop as soon as possible and provide your order number and photos of the parcel/product.

Delays: Courier delays, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect estimated delivery times.
