By purchasing from Connection Shop, you agree to the following terms:

Products: We sell new and refurbished electronics, including laptops, computers and accessories. Refurbished products may have minor cosmetic marks or signs of previous use.

Orders & Payments: All orders are subject to stock availability and successful payment. Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, stock availability and courier services.

Returns: Connection Shop does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Approved returns will generally be exchanged or replaced. Where South African law requires a refund or provides another statutory remedy, those rights will apply.

Warranty: Warranty periods vary by product and will be stated on the product listing or invoice. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, power surges or unauthorised repairs, subject to applicable law.

Refurbished Products: Customers acknowledge that refurbished products are previously owned or reconditioned and may show reasonable signs of use.

Product Information: We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications and pricing are accurate. Product images may be for illustration purposes.

Privacy: Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African data-protection laws.

Limitation: Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under South African law.
